Maurice Fitzpatrick is the only non-stockholding, non-insider, retaliated against whistleblower, witness, victim, and injured party across multiple interconnected legal proceedings, spanning civil rights, corporate fraud, fraud on the court, jurisdictional and litigation abuse, who is actively challenging the legality, legitimacy, and validity of the March 15, 2024 business combination, IPO, and Nasdaq listing of Brand Engagement Network, Inc. (BNAI/BNAIW).

Hired in March 2024, under false and fraudulent pretenses, Fitzpatrick was unknowingly brought into what he learned was an ongoing conspiracy to execute a massive multi-hundred-million-dollar public company fraud followed by secret, manipulated and retaliatory state and federal court processes as cover to launder a false narrative, deliberately avoiding judicial scrutiny into the public transaction’s legitimacy. Now excluded and retaliated against, Fitzpatrick documents and publishes the evidence for public and regulatory review.

Despite documented injuries, conspiracy against and deprivations of rights, ongoing retaliation, I have never been offered genuine compensation for the harms I’ve endured. Instead, communications, including unsolicited contact from attorney Matthew Yarbrough prior to the January 16, 2025, BEN lawsuit filing (3:25-cv-00114), reveal that any compensation for damages to be extended to me was contingent on me aligning myself with the false narrative being advanced by Brand Engagement Network, Inc., Genuine Lifetime LLC, October 3rd Holdings, LLC, Due Figlie, LLC, Michael Todd Lucas, Shawn Lucas, and their affiliates. This tactic, to buy silence or force my alignment through conditional assistance, underscores not just the injustice of the conduct I witnessed and suffer from, but the lengths to which these parties have gone and will go to obstruct truth, tamper with evidence, intimidate witnesses, evade liability, and insulate the fraudulent business combination and IPO from scrutiny.
